This is a Sales Manager position built for closers.


You will:


Close inbound calls and internet leads daily

Work your own pipeline and hit production targets

Help train and push other producers to perform

Set the tone for a high-performance sales culture

Hold people accountable to activity and results

Responsibilities

Insurance sales experience REQUIRED

Allstate experience STRONGLY preferred (fast-track hiring)

Active P&C license (or ability to obtain quickly)

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals

Strong closer not just a quote generatorActive Property and Casualty license or willingness to obtain quickly

Sales experience preferred

Strong communication and closing skills

Self-motivated and competitive

Coachable and goal-oriented


Requirements

Valid Florida 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance License Required

Proven success in a sales role, demonstrating consistent achievement of goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

A proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.

A strong desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
