Responsibilities

Shadow experienced sales professionals and managers to gain comprehensive industry knowledge.

Participate in sales training programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and client relationship management.

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve agency goals.

Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and present appropriate solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
