Salary Range: $45000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of insurance sales professionals
  • Drive new business production and support client retention efforts
  • Implement sales strategies and track team performance
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new producers
  • Monitor activity, pipeline, and key performance metrics
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and client experience
  • Build relationships within the local community and business network
  • Collaborate with leadership to support agency growth and team development

Requirements
  • Sales experience required
  • State of Connecticut Personal Lines, P&C, and/or Life and Health Insurance license required
  • Leadership or management experience is a plusbut not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with a self-motivated and driven mindset
  • Interest in developing leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to manage performance, accountability, and results
  • State of Connecticut Insurance license preferred, but not required
