Responsibilities
What you'll do:
Sell home, auto & bundled policies daily
Lead & manage office operations
Drive team production & accountability
Handle customer needs while closing new business
Proven insurance sales experience at a high level
Ability to consistently produce and close business
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
