Responsibilities

Manage and grow an established portfolio of property and casualty clients, providing ongoing support and consultation.

Actively prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

Conduct in-depth risk assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.

Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance products, underwriting policies, and industry regulations to provide expert advice.

Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and binders for new business while handling renewals and policy adjustments.

Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service to retain and grow your book of business.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of new business, claims, and renewals.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to offer cutting-edge solutions and maintain compliance.

Mentor less experienced team members, offering guidance and support to help them succeed.

Contribute to agency goals and initiatives by working closely with a high-performing, well-rounded agent.


Requirements

Must currently hold a valid Property and Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accidnet insurance license in the state of Missouri (or have a willingness to obtain one/both.)

Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management.

Strong knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven environment.

A passion for providing clients with the best coverage options to protect their assets.
