The Farmers Insurance District Office of Northern Utah is actively seeking candidates interested in a paid training program that will catapult their careers into the financial and insurance industry as Agency Owners upon completion.
The District Office is in Kaysville. This position, however, will be in Cache, Davis, & Weber counties, from Logan to Farmington. We will try our best to place you within your desired location

Start as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), learning the fundamentals of prospecting, lead generation, and client communication
Progress into a licensed Producer role, working directly under an experienced Farmers agent to write policies and build hands-on production experience
Advance into our Protege Program, continuing to produce under an established agent while receiving direct mentorship and deeper exposure to agency operations

Responsibilities:
Quoting insurance premiums and selling policies
Calling and following up on leads - leads will be provided
Some cold calling is required
Cross-selling with clients
Demonstrating resourcefulness & creativity with sales ability
Exercise communication & interpersonal skills
Become an expert, know the products, correctly answer questions, & demonstrate confidence & self-assurance
Be an active listener & ask pertinent questions
Schedule
Opportunities for Full-Time and Part-Time roles
8-hour shifts
Monday & Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
Tuesday - Thursday 11 AM - 7 PM
Off on weekends

Requirements:
Property & Casualty, Life & Health Insurance experience desired; not required.
If not licensed, willing to study for and take/pass the licensing examination.
