The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Sell insurance products through phone & in-person conversations
  • Generate proposals, present solutions, and close new business
  • Build strong client relationships and referral networks
  • Work in a goal-driven, competitive sales environment

Requirements
  • Property/Casualty license preferred, willing to train, licensing assistance available.
  • Life/Health license preferred, willing to train, licensing assistance available
  • Prior successful sales experience
  • Time management: Ability to handle multiple incoming and outgoing communications to generate sales opportunities
  • Can thrive and excel in a fast-paced sales and service environment while actively working through and managing a database of sales opportunities.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • High interest in sales and relationship building
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with social media platforms, CRM systems, and AI is desired but not required.
  • You are open to learning and are highly coachable
