Insurance Sales Consultant - Urbandale, IA - $71K-$80K

OVERVIEW:

We're seeking an Insurance Sales Consultant to join a growing business insurance sales team focused on serving franchise owners and small business clients.

This role offers the opportunity to leverage an established pipeline of nationally recognized franchise relationships while building new business and helping clients protect and grow their organizations. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with commercial insurance experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping business owners succeed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and manage a prospect pipeline and prioritize sales opportunities.

Build relationships with franchise owners and small business clients.

Schedule appointments and conduct client consultations.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Maintain and manage a healthy sales funnel from prospecting through closing.

Collaborate with internal sales professionals to share best practices and strategies.

Stay current on insurance products, market trends, and business conditions.

Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance objectives.

Deliver exceptional client service throughout the sales process.

Build long-term relationships that drive retention and growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

Property & Casualty License required.

2-3 years of commercial insurance experience.

Consultative sales approach.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritize opportunities.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
