Responsibilities
Market within the local community, realtors, and business groups to establish connections
Provide insurance product quotes and sales to new clients
Cultivate and manage strong client relationships
Assess insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions
Clearly explain coverage details, limits, and exclusions
Assist with applications, paperwork, and policy updates
Handle endorsements and assist clients with claims
Stay updated on insurance industry trends and regulations
Collaborate with underwriters as necessary
Qualifications
Reside in or near San Antonio, TX and report on-site MonFri
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Possess a sales-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
Coachable, motivated, and customer relationship-focused
Fluency in Spanish is beneficial but not obligatory
Preferred Skills
Active TX General Lines Agent License
Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales
Compensation
Guaranteed base salary with uncapped commission
Base salary: $37,000 per year + Commission
Typical first-year total earnings:$65,000 +
High achievers can surpass this range
