We don't cold call. We close.
Every morning, warm leads land on your desk from people who already want to talk insurance. Your job is simple: pick up the phone, build trust fast, and write the business. No door-knocking. No chasing strangers.
This is a closer's seat and we're only hiring a few.
Who you are
You're hungry. You're competitive. You read "$70K$100K+" and immediately asked "okay, but how do I get to $100K+?" You've probably sold cars, phones, gym memberships, bartended, served tables, or worked anywhere else your paycheck depended on how well you read a room. You don't need a script babysitter you need warm leads and a coach who's already done it at the highest level.
That coach is Craig. Former pro athlete, Top 1% Farmers producer, and the guy who'll be sitting next to you for at least the first few weeks breaking down every deal.
What you'll actually do
Work fresh inbound leads and booked appointments every single day
Sell consultatively: find the gaps, build the quote, close the deal
Crush daily activity goals and write new business every month
Show up with hustle, sharp questions, and real care for the families we protect
What you bring
A burning (and healthy) need to be the best
Natural ability to connect with people in under five minutes
Clean background, reliable ride, and a phone that actually rings when called
No insurance license required and you don't need to bring one. We sponsor and pay for training. Show up coachable and we'll handle the rest.
Why this seat actually wins
Warm leads daily you sell, you don't prospect
1-on-1 mentorship from a Top 1% closer (this alone is worth six figures)
Half-day Fridays when we hit goals
Real PTO, paid training, sponsored licensing, volunteer days
Texas Rangers tickets, recognition trips, monster-month celebrations
Breville espresso machine (yes, beans on us), team swag, business-casual dress
The best office view in Irving 2300 Valley View Ln, Ste 800
The fine print, made fun
Pay: $70K$100K+ Year 1 (base + commissions + bonuses). Top performers laugh at that ceiling.
Schedule: Full-time, in-person. We're a team, not a Zoom grid.
Culture: Work hard, play hard, celebrate loud. We're 200+ five-star Google reviews deep because we actually care. It is our mission to leave people better than we find them clients, teammates, and everyone in between.
PS to the auto sales crowd
If you've worked the floor at Toyota, Ford, Honda, Chevy, Nissan, CarMax, AutoNation, or any dealer group or you've run BDC, F&I, or internet sales your skills transfer directly. Familiar with DealerSocket, VinSolutions, Reynolds & Reynolds, or CDK? Even better. We've watched car people become insurance millionaires more than once. Could be your turn.
