Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking events, lead generation, marketing campaigns, cold calling, email outreach, and community involvement.
- Create customized insurance quotes, conduct coverage reviews, deliver professional sales presentations, and close new business for Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance products.
- Establish strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up, policy reviews, and exceptional customer service to increase retention and referrals.
- Consistently achieve monthly production targets, activity goals, and agency sales objectives while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Build relationships with Realtors, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, Business Owners, and other community partners to generate a steady pipeline of referrals.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional insurance and financial products that better protect clients while increasing account retention and agency growth.
- Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, compliance requirements, and industry trends to provide accurate recommendations and trusted advice.
Requirements
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and be coached
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to build relationships and generate new business
- Property & Casualty License required
- Life & Health License preferred (not required)
