We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Producer to join our Farmers Insurance agency in an in-office sales role, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position focuses on building client relationships and selling a range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial policies. The role offers a competitive compensation structure that includes a base salary plus commission and performance-based bonuses, providing strong earning potential for high performers. Warm leads are provided daily, allowing you to focus on closing sales rather than prospecting from scratch. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, possesses strong time management skills, and thrives both independently and as part of a team. Salary Range: $24000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options
  • Follow up on daily warm leads to generate new business and close sales opportunities
  • Present and sell a variety of Farmers Insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial policies
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details
  • Collaborate with team members to support agency growth and deliver a high level of customer service
