We are currently seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer who is passionate, self-driven, and a natural-born salesperson. In this role, you will thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering real value to clients while helping them secure their financial future.
Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
- Quote and sell Farmers Insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies
- Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage and close sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, cross-selling, and referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in the agency CRM
Requirements
- P&C Licensed in Texas Required
- Coachable, self-motivated, and resourceful with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment
- Positive, high-energy attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional phone presence
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, follow up consistently, and manage a high volume of leads
