Farmers Insurance is hiring an Insurance Sales Agent in Training for individuals who want to grow in a sales-driven environment and develop long-term career opportunities within the insurance industry.

If you already have insurance experience or a license, thats a big plus. If you dont, but youre motivated, coachable, and ready to learn, were still very interested in talking to you.

This role is designed to help you build real-world sales skills, learn the business, and create a path toward advancement, including the potential to move into agency ownership over time.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop and generate new business through outreach, referrals, and networking
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Track and manage pipeline activity and follow-ups
• Present quotes, proposals, and coverage recommendations
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Participate in training and development to build product knowledge and sales skills
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
• Stay current on insurance products, services, and industry knowledge
