We offer a strong base salary plus uncapped commission opportunities. Starting base salary is $36,000, with most team members earning between $55,000$80,000+ annually based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Connecting with clients to discuss coverage options and help identify their insurance needs
• Having meaningful conversations that help clients make informed decisions about protecting their future
• Assisting with policy questions and resolving client concerns using available carrier and agency resources
• Providing personalized insurance recommendations once properly licensed
• Collaborating within a team-oriented environment focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and strong results
• Thriving in a performance-driven culture that encourages professional growth and career advancement
• Supporting additional projects and team initiatives as needed

• Licensing support and training provided
• 2+ years of prior sales experience (preferred not required)
• Ability to quickly learn insurance products and confidently identify opportunities to recommend additional solutions during client conversations
• Strong passion for helping clients find coverage that fits their individual needs
