Qualifications:
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
  • Proven success in insurance sales or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Confidence in handling objections and closing deals
  • A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Provide personalized insurance quotes tailored to each customer’s needs
  • Confidently close sales and effectively address customer objections
  • Follow all established procedures, guidelines, and compliance standards
  •  Deliver exceptional, personalized service that builds trust and fosters long-term customer retention 
  • Stay focused on achieving monthly goals 
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions and documentation
