About the Role
The Canello Agency in Canonsburg is hiring a sales producer to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound opportunities. This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential, structured training, and clear expectations.
You are not responsible for sourcing your own business, but it is always encouraged!
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls and assigned leads daily
- Quote and close personal lines policies (auto, home, umbrella, etc.)
- Cross-sell and bundle to maximize account value
- Follow up aggressively on all opportunities
- Hit daily activity and monthly production targets
- Deliver a professional, structured sales experience
Daily Structure
- Morning team training / coaching
- High-volume dialing + inbound handling
- Quoting and closing
- Pipeline follow-up
Comp & Incentives
- $35,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission (top performers $100K+)
- $1,000 Qualifying sign-on bonus:
- $500: Licensed upon start date + 15 items in month 1
- $500: 20 items in month 2
- Performance bonuses + growth opportunities

Requirements
