Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and personable Personal Lines Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
The Personal Lines Producer | Insurance Sales Agent at Solano Insurance Group is responsible for maintaining and maximizing profitable relationships with personal lines clients and for growing the book of business through new client sales.
 
Responsibilities:


  • Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and questions 
  • Provide quotes and support new and existing clients 
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly 
  • Maintain accurate records in our system 
  • Support the team with daily office tasks
  • Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, or over the phone.  
  • Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations.
  • Support and prepare clients for renewal and retention, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Maintain CE and participate in ongoing education and keep informed regarding industry information, new product information, legislation, coverages, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
Qualifications:


  •  Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
  •  Excellent customer service skills 
  •  Highly organized with strong time management skills 
  •  Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other systems 
  •  Positive attitude and willingness to learn 
  •  P&C License
