Responsibilities

With a strong focus on keeping our customers happy, your daily activities will include:

• Welcome calls to new customers
• Cancelling prior insurance policies for new customers
• Reviewing current policies
• Working on the policy cancellation audits
• Calling customers on their first renewals to check in

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
