Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Prospect through leads, referrals, and networking
- Sell auto, home, life, business, and specialty insurance
- Identify client needs and present tailored coverage solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage an active pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Achieve sales goals and grow your book of business

Requirements
Experience: 12 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is preferred. We value "grit" and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals in previous positions.
Licensing & Compliance:
- Must be able to obtain (or currently hold) Minnesota Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses. (Agency will provide training and cover licensing costs for the right candidate).
- Must pass a state-mandated background check, including criminal and credit history, as required for insurance licensing.
