Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and outreach efforts
- Present insurance solutions tailored to each customer's needs and goals
- Quote, bind, and service personal and commercial insurance policies
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services
- Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through policy issuance
- Support client retention through proactive service and policy reviews
- Contribute to agency production goals and overall business growth
Requirements
- Active Connecticut Property & Casualty License preferred
- Life & Health License preferred
- Prior insurance sales experience strongly preferred
- Ability to build trust and establish lasting client relationships
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working toward individual and team performance goals
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset
