Earn $70,000$90,000+ in your first year as an Insurance Sales Representative with Pinnacle Family Insurance an Allstate agency with two locations in the Indianapolis metro (Avon and Anderson, IN). This is a full-time, in-office role, MondayFriday with evenings and weekends off, paid training, and uncapped commission on warm inbound and outbound leads limited cold calling.

You'll connect with prospective clients through outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and other digital channels, deliver trusted guidance on auto, home, life, and umbrella insurance, and help them choose the right coverage. We provide the leads, the scripts, the training, and ongoing coaching you bring the drive.

What you'll get:

Pay: $33K$50K base + uncapped commission ($70K$90K+ average year one)

Schedule: MondayFriday, evenings and weekends off, in-office at our Avon or Anderson location

Responsibilities

Engage prospective clients through outbound calls, live chat, SMS, email, and other digital channels

Quote and sell auto, home, life, renters, and umbrella insurance to warm leads

Build trust with prospects through active listening, empathy, and clear communication

Follow our proven sales process to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals

Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize client value and earned commission

Document all interactions in the agency management system and follow up on open quotes

Participate in daily team huddles, training sessions, and ongoing skill development

Collaborate with team members across our Avon and Anderson, Indiana offices to meet agency goals


Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferred we'll help the right candidate get licensed

Willingness to obtain Indiana Life Insurance License within 6 months of hire (we cover the cost)

1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience

Strong communication, active listening, and phone presence

Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to hit daily and monthly sales targets

Comfortable working across multiple digital channels (phone, SMS, live chat, email)

Solid computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Office, agency management software)

Reliable transportation to our Avon or Anderson, Indiana office (this is a fully in-office role)

High school diploma or equivalent required
