As a Insurance Operations New Associate, you will build knowledge and support the group while actively participating in problem solving discussions. This role embraces the essence of Customer Service, inviting you to engage with enthusiasm and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
Mail Handling: opening, sorting, logging
Handling incoming and outgoing checks
Capturing images by scanning mail with Kodak equipment
Ensuring accuracy through quality control and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to quickly move from one task to another with a sense of urgency and not losing sight of attention to detail
Troubleshooting printers and other office equipment
Data entry via Outlook, Word, Excel and other apps and tools as needed
Filing and retrieving company records
