We are seeking an experienced Insurance Office Manager to help lead daily agency operations, support client relationships, and drive service excellence across the office. Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with clients
  • Conduct outbound calls to schedule personal insurance reviews
  • Implement processes to support outbound cross-selling initiatives
  • Process claims and follow up with clients throughout the resolution process
  • Create and improve processes to increase online presence and Google reviews
  • Coordinate overall administrative and operational activities within the agency
  • Support retention efforts through proactive customer communication and service

Requirements
  • Active insurance license required
  • Prior insurance industry experience preferred
  • Strong consultative selling and customer relationship skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Strong organizational and operational management abilities
  • Professional communication skills across phone, email, and client interactions
  • Comfortable tracking KPIs and using performance metrics to improve results
