Responsibilities
After onboarding and training with us you will:
- Sell Property & Casualty insurance policies to individuals and small businesses
- Follow-up on agency provided leads developing relationships and referrals
- Assess client needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations
- Quote and bind policies from multiple carriers owned by or in relationship with Farmers Insurance, such as Foremost, Kraft Lake, Bristol West, Progressive, Travelers, Safeco and others.
- Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company procedures
- Foster long-term client relationships through proactive communication
- Document all client interactions in CRM
Requirements
Who Were Looking For
Were seeking a driven, results-oriented professional who brings both experience and polish to the table.
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license
- Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience
- Strong communication, keyboard, and consultative sales skills
- Verifiable track record of success
Be prepared to discuss your numbers during the interview, including:
- Average calls per day
- Average policies sold per month
- Closing ratio
- What kind of lead sources do you prefer and why?
- Sales ranking within your organization
Also Prefer someone who is:
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using virtual tools such as Zoom, CRM platforms, and email
- Self-starter with the discipline and focus to work remotely while consistently meeting sales goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual abilities a plus, especially Spanish
- Life and Health insurance licenses and experience in Life Insurance sales are a strong plus
