Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Senior Insurance Sales Agent, you'll work with both existing and prospective customers to identify coverage needs, strengthen relationships, and help families protect what matters most.


Key Responsibilities

* Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage gaps and opportunities.

* Cross-sell and bundle policies to deepen customer relationships.

* Re-engage previous customers through targeted win-back campaigns.

* Convert inbound opportunities into new business.

* Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, discounts, and policy features.

* Handle customer service requests, policy changes, payments, and claims assistance.

* Build trust and long-term relationships through consultative sales conversations.

* Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

* Meet and exceed monthly production goals.

* Utilize agency technology platforms to manage leads and customer interactions.


Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

* Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.

* Minimum of 3 years of insurance sales experience.

* Strong track record of achieving sales goals and building customer relationships.

* Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.

* Strong computer proficiency and ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously.

Preferred Traits

* Recent Allstate experience is a plus.
