Job Details

You'll manage a complex defense docket independently from inception through trial, with direct client relationships across insurance carriers, large self-insurers, and corporate clients.

  • Defend carriers and insureds in New York state and federal courts
  • Handle all phases — discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, arbitrations, and trial
  • Manage GL, premises, bad faith, statutory delay/denial, and coverage matters from day one
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs across a full range of insurance defense claims
  • Collaborate across practice groups including corporate, real estate, and labor & employment

Looking for:

  • NY or NJ Bar admission
  • Insurance defense background — associate through of counsel levels
