Overview Insurance Defense Attorney - Hybrid or Remote. Open to in-office, hybrid, or remote work arrangements. Location preference in the Phoenix area (Scottsdale/Phoenix).Responsibilities Handle motion practice and discovery disputes.Conduct depositions and make court appearances.Prepare for and participate in trials.Provide clear, persuasive oral advocacy and strong written communications.Qualifications JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.Litigation experience in general business or insurance defense is preferred but not required.Compensation Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr. Compensation commensurate with experience.
