We are seeking an insurance defense attorney to join our bodily injury (BI) unit within our motor vehicle insurance litigation team. You will provide legal representation to insureds and insurance companies in all litigation stages, including preparing pleadings, motions, and trial briefs, negotiating settlements, and working closely with clients and claims partners to ensure positive outcomes. Responsibilities include analyzing discovery, depositions, medical records, and assessing claim values to evaluate risk exposure. This hybrid role requires occasional travel and candidates must reside within driving distance of the office.
Must-have qualifications include a Juris Doctor or LL.M. and admission to practice law in Virginia. Compensation ranges from $97,735 to $146,900 annually, with potential incentive bonuses.
