Salary Range: $35000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and service requests
• Deliver fast, friendly, and professional customer service
• Handle calls, follow-ups, and client support efficiently
• Support retention by building strong customer relationships
• Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage when appropriate

• Active Louisiana Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• P&C insurance experience (required)
• Allstate experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated, coachable, and customer-focused
