Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and service requests
- Deliver fast, friendly, and professional customer service
- Handle calls, follow-ups, and client support efficiently
- Support retention by building strong customer relationships
- Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage when appropriate
Requirements
- Active Louisiana Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
- P&C insurance experience (required)
- Allstate experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated, coachable, and customer-focused
