Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholder inquiries, providing clear and accurate information regarding coverage, billing, and policy changes.
  • Assist clients with filing claims, guiding them through the process and liaising with adjusters as needed.
  • Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records in the agency management system, ensuring all interactions are documented.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products that meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with agents to ensure seamless client service and support.

Requirements
  • Nevada State Insurance License (Property & Casualty) - Is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an insurance customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using agency management systems (AMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy office environment.
  • A genuine desire to help people and provide outstanding customer experiences.
