Responsibilities

  • Managing renewals of insurance policies to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Servicing existing policies, addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Providing superior customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Quoting new insurance policies based on client requirements and risk assessments.
  • Issuing policies and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Cross-selling additional insurance products to existing clients to enhance their coverage.
  • Maintaining organized records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.

Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED****
  • Knowledge of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance products and regulations.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Representative.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service and responses.
  • Demonstrated superior customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Ability to manage renewals, service policies, and provide quotes.
  • Interest in sales and the potential for career progression within the agency.
