Responsibilities
What Youll Do
Handle inbound client requests (calls + service work)
Process endorsements accurately and efficiently
Assist with billing and account questions
Guide clients through claims first notice
Explain coverage in plain English (not insurance jargon)
Keep clean, detailed documentation in our system
Support remarketing when needed
Licensed in Property & Casualty
Experience in Personal Lines preferred
Strong communicator (clear, calm, confident)
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to handle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed
