Allstate Just Repriced in New Jersey. That Changes Everything.
While other agencies in this market are watching their books shrink because of rate problems, we're on the other side of that equation. Allstate's recent New Jersey repricing means we're winning quotes we couldn't touch six months ago, and our phone is ringing with real retention and growth opportunities. For a service professional, that's the difference between spending your day processing cancellations and spending your day taking care of clients who are actually happy to be here.
If you're licensed and tired of defending rate increases you can't control, read on.

We're looking for a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our Fort Lee office full-time. This is an in-office, desk-based role supporting our personal lines book auto, home, umbrella, and related coverages.
You'll be the person our clients talk to when they need something done right. Policy changes, renewal reviews, billing questions, certificates, coverage walk-throughs. The work is steady, the book is stable, and the team you'd be joining actually answers the phone.
There's a cross-sell component built into the role when you're already on the phone helping a client, noticing that they're missing umbrella coverage or that their teen just got their license is part of doing the job well. But this is not a commission-only sales role, and you won't be cold-calling leads. You'll be taking care of people who are already ours.
