Salary Range: $40000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Assist policyholders with questions regarding their policies, billing, and claims.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
• Provide clear explanations of insurance coverage and policy details.
• Gather and update customer information in our system, ensuring accuracy.
• Collaborate with agents and other team members to resolve customer issues.
• Offer solutions and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• GA Property and Casualty License
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
• A positive and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with insurance terminology and products is a plus.
