In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for our clients, assisting with policy changes, coverage questions, billing inquiries, and account servicing needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide prompt, professional service to clients by phone, email, and in person.
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Follow up on customer requests and outstanding items.
- Review policies with clients and identify additional coverage opportunities when appropriate.
- Work closely with producers and agency staff to support client needs.
