Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails from clients with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and updates.
Process policy endorsements and renewals accurately.
Provide quotes for new business and assist with application completion.
Help clients understand their coverage and answer questions about their policies, premiums, billing, payments.
Maintain client records in our agency management system with attention to detail.
Collaborate with agents to ensure client needs are met effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service or insurance experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
