Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls, responding to emails, and assisting clients with policy questions and coverage needs.
- Support policy servicing including processing applications, policy changes, renewals, payments, and basic claims assistance.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products that benefit the client.
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, organized recordkeeping, and general office coordination.
- Perform accurate data entry and assist with light underwriting and compliance documentation while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Active California Property & Casualty license (or willingness to become licensed we pay for licensing).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proven customer service or administrative experience, ideally in an office or client-facing environment.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management skills with high attention to accuracy.
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude with the ability to learn insurance products and support upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
