Insurance Customer Service Rep

We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping them navigate policy changes, billing questions, renewals, endorsements, and other service needs. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys building client relationships, solving problems, and working independently in a supportive agency environment.

• Base pay of $27-$32 per hour based on experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and renewals
• Assist clients with billing questions and payment options
• Collaborate with agency staff to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
• Stay current on carrier guidelines, insurance products, and industry changes

• Minimum 2 years of experience issuing commercial certificates
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Prior commercial lines experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Self-starter who works well independently
