Responsibilities

  • Manage customer policy changes, renewals, and evidence of insurance requests.
  • Handle incoming calls, claims support, and respond to all customer inquiries promptly.
  • Process premium payments and maintain accurate documentation in eAgent.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, including financial products and referrals.
  • Ensure compliance with underwriting, rating, and company guidelines while staying current on products and promotions.

Requirements
  • Active insurance license (required)
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and coachable with a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to handle rejection and difficult situations tactfully.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can multitask, adapt to change, and consistently exceed client expectations.
