We're seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our established client base and help drive continued growth. This role blends customer service with light sales responsibilities, including account servicing, annual policy reviews, cross-selling, and assisting with new business opportunities. You will work closely with an experienced team while maintaining the independence needed to manage accounts and build client relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and motivated to provide excellent service while identifying opportunities to better protect clients through additional coverage options.

  • Base salary for unlicensed candidates starts at $40,000 with licensed candidates expecting $45,000 - 65,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Service existing personal and small commercial accounts
  • Conduct annual policy reviews with clients
  • Cross-sell additional coverage when appropriate
  • Assist with quoting and onboarding new accounts
  • Guide clients through coverage options and policy changes
  • Maintain accurate records and policy documentation

Requirements
  • Active insurance license or ability to obtain one
  • Prior insurance or customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
