Diana Barnes - State Farm Agency is looking for an experienced Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning team in Huntsville, TX. For nearly 40 years, Diana Barnes has helped individuals, families, and businesses throughout Huntsville, and the surrounding communities protect what matters most.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provider service support to existing policyholders.
• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, and other State Farm policies.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to build long-term relationships.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while helping grow a successful local agency.

What We're Looking For...

Required

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Life & Health License or ability to obtain after hire
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented sales environment
• Positive, professional, customer-first attitude

Preferred

• Previous insurance sales experience
