As a Licensed Insurance Customer Care Representative with ample Cross-Selling Opportunities and In-Office Services, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer service to our clients while actively identifying cross-selling opportunities and managing in-office inquiries. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. In addition to assisting clients with their insurance needs, you will leverage in-office interactions to identify opportunities for additional coverage options and provide personalized recommendations. You will also handle policy inquiries, process claims, payments and ensure client satisfaction.
Salary Range: $45000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their insurance-related inquiries and concerns.
Educate clients about different insurance products and coverage options, identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
Process insurance policy applications, renewals, and changes accurately and efficiently.
Proactively suggest additional insurance products to clients based on their needs and preferences.
Directing clients with filing insurance claims.
Engage with clients visiting the office, providing personalized assistance and cross-selling relevant insurance products.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Stay updated on industry regulations and product changes to provide accurate information to clients.
Participate in world class training sessions and continuing education programs to maintain licensure and enhance job knowledge.
Must hold an Active Georgia Property & Casualty insurance License.
Previous Allstate insurance experience in customer service or insurance-related roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task while working independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computer applications and agency systems.
Comfortable engaging with clients in-person, email or phone while providing exceptional service.
