• Assisting clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage explanations
• Advocating for clients by asking the right questions to understand their needs
• Resolving client issues using our carrier resources and internal tools
• Recommending suitable solutions once licensed
• Supporting a team-based environment focused on exceeding expectations
