Client Management & Support
- Independently manage new client submissions, applications, renewals, endorsements, and audits.
- Lead Biltmore's efforts to provide best in class client service by being the subject matter expert on insurance coverages.
- Collect insurer quotes, negotiate rates, order loss runs, and provide analysis.
- Manage a book of business.
- Responsible for renewals, including binders, invoicing, premium financing as needed.
- Receive insurance policies and review for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
- Cross sell.
- Support producers selling new commercial lines of business.
- Respond to the client's needs.
- Assist clients in reporting claims to carriers.
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must have an active Insurance License
- Minimum 5+ years of Commercial Lines Experience
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must have the ability to multi-task, analyze and prioritize information when working with producers, company, and agency personnel.
- Must be a team player
