In this role, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Build long-term client relationships by understanding each businesss unique operations, goals, and risk exposures.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments and develop tailored insurance strategies that support client growth and protection.
- Partner with top insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage options and negotiate favorable policy terms.
- Present policy proposals and renewals with confidence, translating complex coverage details into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional service by responding quickly to client needs, policy changes, claims support, and endorsements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and market conditions to provide proactive guidance and innovative risk management solutions.

Experience in commercial insurance account management.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, underwriting, and risk management.

- Active insurance license (such as Maryland Property & Casualty) or willingness to obtain one.
