Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals - request and file necessary information for our pre-renewal review
• Work with Carriers to ensure we receive quotes - send required documents to insured to sign
• Invoice insureds on agency bill renewals
• Follow up to ensure documents and payment are received timely
• Process certificates of insurance
• Prepare disclosure packets for HOA insurance policies
• Follow alerts from carriers to ensure any outstanding paperwork, payments or loss controls are being handled by insured.
• Give agent reminders and help see items are being completed.
• Work with agency managers to assist them with their workload.
• Be a supportive assistance who is a team player - ready to learn, ready to help and always positive
• Must obtian P&C license in 90 days

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to work in a family-run, customer-focused office
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Insurance office experience is a plus, but not required
