Insurance Broker Responsibilities – Slaughter Financial Group
Meet with clients virtually or over the phone to identify financial protection needs
Educate families on life insurance, mortgage protection, final expense, and retirement solutions
Conduct needs analysis consultations and recommend customized coverage options
Present policy quotes from multiple insurance carriers
Assist clients with completing applications and submitting required documentation
Follow up with clients throughout the underwriting and approval process
Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking in CRM systems
Attend team training calls, mentorship sessions, and sales development meetings
Generate and manage leads through company-provided systems, referrals, and personal networking
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent customer service
Stay current on product knowledge, carrier updates, and industry regulations
Work independently while collaborating with leadership and support teams
Meet personal production goals and performance benchmarks
Participate in recruiting and team-building opportunities for leadership advancement
