Pay Range: $16.12 - $24.18 per hour | Based on Relevant Experience
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
About the Role:
We’re looking to hire an Insurance Biller to join our team! This role is responsible for accurate claims processing, timely follow-up on outstanding insurance balances, and maintaining compliance with payer guidelines—all essential to ensuring efficient revenue cycle operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage claims follow-up via electronic work lists
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding insurance claims per payor contracts
- Review and work aging accounts and unpaid claims
- Maintain knowledge of billing guidelines for third-party, workers’ comp, and government payers
- Communicate with departments and external agencies to resolve account issues

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare claims or bookkeeping (preferred)
- Governmental payer billing experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
